Chris Wilson, MD 

 

Dr. Wilson was raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  He graduated with honors and special distinction from the University of Oklahoma in 2012 with a B.S. in Microbiology and a minor in Spanish.  Dr. Wilson received his Medical Doctorate degree with academic distinction in 2016 from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, School of Community of Medicine.  He completed his Neurosurgery residency and Fellowship training in Neuro-oncology in 2023 at the Indiana University School of Medicine and Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Dr. Wilson’s Fellowship in Neuro-oncology was completed under the world renown neurosurgeon, Aaron Cohen-Gadol, MD.

 

Returning to Tulsa, Dr. Wilson began private practice in 2023 at Neurosurgery Specialists as a general neurosurgeon.  He provides surgical care to patients who are experiencing problems within the brain, the spine, and peripheral nerves.  Dr. Wilson’s areas of special interest and specialized training include neuro-oncology, complex spine disorders and sacroiliac joint dysfunction.

 

Dr. Wilson is board eligible for the American Board of Neurological Surgeons. Professional affiliations include:
