Dr. Fell was born in Muroc, California. As the son of a career Air Force pilot, he lived many places. He graduated from Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut in 1966 with a B.A. in Psychology. Dr. Fell received his Medical Doctorate degree in 1970 from the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He completed his Neurosurgery residency in 1975 from the Baylor College of Medicine and Affiliated Hospitals in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Fell served as a Captain in the United States Army Reserves from 1970 to 1976, and began private practice in 1975 at Neurosurgery Specialists. He provides care to patients who are experiencing problems with the brain, the spine, and the peripheral nerves, such as carpal tunnel and ulnar nerve disorders. Dr. Fell was trained in all areas of Neurosurgery. His areas of special interest include brain tumors, spinal surgery, kyphoplasty, and stereotactic radiosurgery.
